At AdornMe Clothing, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a fit may not be perfect, and we are happy to assist you with a seamless exchange process.
1. General Exchange Guidelines
• Exchange Period: All exchange requests must be made within seven (7) working days from the date of purchase.
• Condition of Items: To be eligible for an exchange, garments must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all AdornMe brand tags and labels intact.
• Inspection: All returned items will undergo a quality inspection. If an item is found to be damaged, soiled, or altered, the exchange will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer.
• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, beautywear (including jewellery) and items purchased during a Sale or Special Promotion are not eligible for exchange.
2. The Exchange Process
As we do not operate a physical storefront, all exchanges are managed through our digital channels to ensure a recorded and smooth experience.
• Step 01 – Request: You must request an exchange through the same platform where you placed your original order (e.g., WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger).
• Step 02 – Website Orders: If you placed your order via our website, you may request an exchange via WhatsApp or by emailing us at [email protected].
• Step 03 – Approval: Once our team acknowledges your request and confirms stock availability, we will provide you with the return instructions.
3. Shipping & Fees
To keep our apparel prices as competitive as possible, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer. Consequently, the following applies to exchanges:
• Courier Fees: The customer is responsible for all courier charges associated with returning the original item to us and the delivery of the new exchanged item back to the customer.
• Packaging: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the package is sealed securely. AdornMe Clothing is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit during the return process.
4. Refunds
No Cash Refunds: Please note that AdornMe Clothing does not provide cash refunds for any purchases.
Price Differences: In the event of an exchange:
• If the replacement item is of a higher value, the price difference must be settled in full before the new garment is dispatched.
• If the replacement item is of a lower value, the remaining balance is non-refundable and shall be forfeited.
5. Defective Items
In the highly unlikely event that you receive a garment with a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us via WhatsApp at +94 713961615 or by emailing us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery for a technical evaluation and resolution.
